Job Description:
Must be able to come in early on startup days.
Must possess basic mechanical skills.
Must have the ability to operate the cutters (all), fork truck, scrubber, dough dollies, and other various positions in production area.
Must be able to physically able to lift approx 50 lbs.
Physically able to do changeovers.
Physically able to lift, twist, bend, and carry.
Must fill in for operators, feeders or other positions as needed for days off, absences, vacations, etc.
Ability to learn other positions and duties as assigned including Utility positions.
Maintains a clean work environment.
Responsible for quality checks and weight checks and the paperwork associated with these checks.
Must scan topping ingredients and enter them on computer.
Notifies Maintenance, Line Lead/Team Lead and/or your Production Lead of any repairs or adjustments that are required.
Understands, observes, and complies with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy.
Performs all duties necessary to meet Government and Regulatory, SQF Institute, Co-Manufacturers and Company requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company.
Informs Line Lead, Team Lead or any other Management personnel of ANY food safety or quality issues or of any processes which become noncompliant with specified requirements.
Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to food safety and the quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.
Identifies and records any problems relating to food safety and the quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.
Controls further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of food safety and quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required as Essential
Possesses a thorough understanding of all Company policies, including GMP's and safety policies.
Effectively communicates with others.
Able to lift 50 lbs. in weight above shoulder level.
Possesses the ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
Possesses the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
