Staff Management is currently hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer for a direct hire opening in Princeton, KY The Supply Quality Engineer is a key player in maintaining the highest level of quality from our suppliers, ensuring maximum efficiency, and develop process improvements. We are looking for a go-getter with an eye for detailed processes and high standards.

You will:
+ Develop, administer, and maintain a supplier quality auditing program
+ Travel to suppliers to understand processes and controls, verify controls are executed as planned, communicate issues encountered, and collaborate to improve processes and part quality
+ Report opportunities for improvement in supplier quality performance
+ Provide executive summaries regarding supplier quality-related performance
+ Obtain and maintain supplier process control information
+ Work with purchasing department and suppliers to resolve major quality issues as necessary
+ Develop and maintain systematic reporting to suppliers on their quality performance
+ Travel up to 50%
We are looking for:
+ Bachelor?s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university, 2-5 years related experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Preference will be given to candidates with aluminum casting and die casting experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Outstanding communication skills
+ Creative and perceptive; displays initiative; respectful and influential; proven leadership abilities
+ Willingness to travel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
