Researches develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, and systems by performing the following duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop concepts involving electronic application/components into products/features for mechanical devices. Generate new concepts related to product electronics and electro-mechanical system design. Research and test manufacturing and assembly methods. Evaluate customer requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Act as company authority regarding electro-mechanical components and systems. Collect, analyze and summarize information into reports. Lead or participate in product development process.

Education And/Or Experience
B.S.E.E./B.S.M.E degree from a 4-year college or university and/or 3 years minimum work experience. Experience in R&D, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or other may be applicable. Strong working knowledge and experience in : Electric motors, motor drives, and motor controls Sensors and electro-mechanical devices PLC and /or microprocessor experience Familiar with 2D and 3D Mechanical software packages(Auto Cad, Unigraphics, Pro-E ,I-DEAS) Knowledge of complete product development process from concept to production is a plus. Knowledge of fluid power dynamics and GD&T a plus Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership abilities, self-starter with a can-do attitude. Willingness to take ownership and participate in hands-on projects. Demonstrated innovativeness and creative ability. Sense of urgency.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
