As an ME you will enjoy the challenge of using your skills and experience to design, build, program, and support the automated systems that assemble the many cutting edge products offered by Hydro-Gear. You will also conduct evaluations to find continuous improvement opportunities, create required controlled documents, and maintain standards for our current processes. Specific skills we're looking for are:
Mechanical design Electrical knowledge Robot knowledge PLC programming (Allen Bradley Controls), Pneumatic systems, Fluid systems knowledge Experience with presses and fasteners Error proofing concepts and production processes Your technical skills combined with your project management capabilities will lead to your success in deploying and integrating line automation improvements. The ability to work with cross-functional and departmental teams will help the staff quickly resolve issues should they arise. In addition, you'll actively search for ways to improve efficiency and reliability of the assembly processes. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree Minimum 2 years related experience Project management
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
