Conduct continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliabilityCreate required controlled documentsMaintain standards for current processesDeploying and integrating line automation improvementsMechanical designElectrical knowledgeRobot knowledgePLC programming, Pneumatic systems, Fluid systems knowledgeExperience with presses and fastenersError proofing concepts and production processesProject managementBachelor's degree or equivalent four-year college or technical school and 2 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience and training, or an equivalent combination of both education and experienceExperience with quality management systems strongly desiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills requiredBachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of training and relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of both education and experiencePreferred 2 years' experience in related fieldExperience in error-proofing concepts and basic production processesEntry level knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulicsExperience with presses and fastenersExperience in project management and process control documentation skillsSummary :
